Measurements: 2.5 cms long by 1.5 cms
Weight: 5.4 gram joint weight
Hallmarks: there are no hallmarks but these have been acid proof tested to prove their silver content.
Tubes were placed in either ear to aid hearing and effectively acted as stents to keep the ear canal open.

I think probably made as a one off because they have no marks.
